We will need the full name of the buyer, current address, and desired lot number. After payment has been made and a copy of the restrictions has been signed, the buyer will receive a deed for the lot. The deed, along with a copy of the restrictions will be recorded with the Russell County Clerk.

To begin the land contract process, we will need the full name of the buyer, current address and desired lot number. Then we will send a copy of the contract for the buyer to sign. The signed copy, along with the down payment will be mailed back to us. After the deposit clears, the lot is considered yours! Then once the contract has been fulfilled and the lot is payed off, the buyer will receive a deed for the lot.
